The space can host up to 60 people comfortably, with places to sit, lounge or congregate actively. The walls are all exposed, rich brick and 14ft ceilings make the space airy and creative. Add to that the vintage timber floors, art adorned walls, intimate seating areas, vintage couches and nuanced creative touches. Your guests will fully enjoy exploring this layered and artistic gathering place.

  • The space is a well furnished but wide open, creative space with “zones” for congregating.

  • We have fast internet throughout the space for meeting, business, connecting to music, etc.

  • Pull up your Spotify playlist, put on a record or plug in your music. We have speakers throughout the space and the sound is good.

    DJs or outside speakers are not allowed.

  • A two-burner stove, sink, dishwasher and fridge make it a fully operational kitchen for meal prep. We also have plenty of counter tops for serving and dining areas with seating for 20

  • A converted, in-building garage space has been designated as the “board room” with closing barn privacy doors, flatscreen TV with HDMI hookup and seats around a 10ft bowling alley floor conference table. Come meet and get the serious business done…and then serve up cocktails afterwards.

  • Enjoy the large bathroom that is designed for accessibility. It sits on the ground floor, has a beautiful mural and is a creative space in itself.

  • Just outside the front door is a dedicated loading zone 9am-5pm Mon.-Sat. for easy access.

  • The space has two large tables for dining and meeting. Each table has a full set of chairs. We also have soft seating and comfortable lounge chairs.

  • The walls are adorned with murals, original art from local artists, installation pieces, art curios, artifacts, and photography. It’s a rich, layered visual place that inspires creativity.

  • For the coffee fiends, we have a Keurig coffee machine. Come get caffinated.
